Right to Information

You have the right to request from BlueTouch Media, s.r.o. information on what personal data we process about you, to what extent, and for what purpose. We will provide this information free of charge within 30 days, or in exceptional circumstances no later than 90 days. In the event of an extension, you will be informed in time. If you request access to the information we record about you, we will first need to verify that you are indeed the person entitled to this information. Therefore, please include sufficient identification in your request. If necessary, we reserve the right to ask for additional information to verify your identity before we provide the personal data we process about you.
We are entitled to reasonably refuse requests for information that are unfounded, excessively repetitive, require disproportionate effort, or would be technically difficult to retrieve (typically from backup systems, archives, etc.).

Updating Data, Right to Rectification

If you believe that we are not processing your personal data in accordance with valid legislation of the Czech Republic or the European Union, you have the right to object, and we will then examine the validity of your request. Upon filing an objection, the processing of your personal data will be restricted until the objection is verified.
You are also entitled to submit your objection directly to the supervisory authority for personal data protection.

Right to Erasure

The right to erasure does not apply to data processed in connection with contractual obligations, legal requirements, or legitimate interests. If some of your data are stored in backup systems that automatically ensure the resilience of our systems and protect against data loss in case of failures, it is not within our power to delete them from the backup systems, and in many cases, it is not technically feasible. However, such data are not further actively processed and will not be used for any other purposes.
