Interactive retail solution for expanding product range and increasing customer comfort

For the Travel FREE chain of exclusive border shops, we designed and implemented digital kiosks with touch screens and integrated scanners. The aim of the project was to expand the product range and streamline the customer shopping experience.

Thanks to our interactive kiosks, customers can easily search for and check the availability of goods in real time directly in the store. They can also use the web interface to order products that are not currently in stock, transforming Travel FREE stores into modern omnichannel shopping destinations that connect the offline and online environments.

Our solution combines reliable hardware, an intuitive user interface, and remote management capabilities, giving Travel FREE a tool for effectively expanding its product range and supporting sales in real time.
